针对转子铁心低压铸铝时出现包铝的现象,分析其产生的原因,并提出采用没有中模的低压铸上模铝工艺方案。

Aiming at the clad aluminium phenomena appeared in the low-pressure cast aluminium of the rotor core,the reason was analyzed and process program of the low-pressure cast aluminium without intermediate mould was put forward.
