摘要
目的:探讨休克指数(SI)在家兔失血性休克监测中的重要意义。方法:以Wiggers改良法复制失血性休克家兔模型,并回输自身血液进行复苏,用生物学检测系统检测家兔心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、统计失血量(BV)、计算休克指数(SI)、记录造模前,造模后和复苏后的上述指标,当复苏后血压稳定终止试验。结果:心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、休克指数(SI)与失血量的相关性分别为0.792、0.835、0.951,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:休克指数与家兔失血性休克的失血量明显相关,可能更有助于家兔失血性休克状态的评价。
Objective:To assess the value of shock index(SI) on the survey in rabbits with hemorrhagic shock.Methods:The models of hemorrhagic shock in rabbits were produced by improved Wiggers method.The blood rabbits have lost will be feedback as a therapy.The mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR) were measured before bleeding and at different time points after hemorrhagic shock.The shock index and bleeding volume were calculated.Result:Statistically significant correlation were found between bleeding volume and HR,MAP,SI(r=0.792,0.835and 0.951 respectively).Conclusions:SI seems to correlated better with bleeding volume than HR and MAP,it appears therefore to be a more reliable estimator of hemorrhagic shock.
