Effect of Direct Heating on Heat Economy of Sugar Factories

本文讨论了直接加热器在糖厂使用对糖厂热力经济的影响，介绍了直接加热过程蒸汽消耗的数量分析方法和计算公式。分析的结果说明；在抽汁汽的效次后移的情况下，使用直接加热器并不增加糖厂的汽耗。、本文同时还提供了使用直接加热器时汁汽温度变化的计算式。

In this paper the effect of using direct heater on heat economy of sugar factories is discussed, also the quantity analysis method and calculation equations for vapor consumption are introduced. The analysis results show that the use of the direct heater does not increase the vapor consumption if the vapor used for heating is drawn from the later evaporator effect. Meanwhile, .the equations of the variation of vapor temperature are presented when the direct heater is used.
