摘要
文中通过对不锈钢钻削实践的总结和分析,结合不锈钢的钻削特性,设计了数控机床用的不锈钢钻削循环。经过实践检验,在不锈钢上钻削通孔时,使用该循环可以大幅提高刀具耐用度。
In this paper, through summarizing and analyzing the practice of stainless steel drilling, combining with the characteristics of stainless steel, design the stainless steel drilhng cycle for CNC machine tools. Proven, to drill through-hole in stainless steel, using this cycle can dramatically increase tool durability.
