摘要
传统的平面四连杆机构设计,需按公式进行人工计算确定杆长等参数,然后利用三维软件进行零件的造型,此设计环节和建模环节分离,周期较长且不具有可重复操作性,较为不便。现以按从动件急回特性设计曲柄摇杆机构为例,利用VB语言及SolidWorks 2007软件中的宏录制,对平面四连杆机构进行代码编写和界面设计,从而完成设计和建模一体化,具有较高可重复操作性,且设计周期很短。
In the traditional design of planar four-bar linkage, designers always firstly work out the parameter which includes the length etc, through manual calculating by formula. Then finish the part modeling by 3D software. In this process ,design and modeling are separated. Design cycle is long and is not repeatable. That' s inconvenience. Now I take crank and rocker mechanism for example ,whcih is designed by drivenlink' s quick-return characteristics,and use VB and Macro in SolidWorks 2007 to finish the codes and interface design of planar four-bar linkage. So then complete the design combined with the modeling. This innovation makes the design repeatable, and the cycle is highly short.
