摘要
本文考察了经表面处理和未经表面处理的硫酸钡对ABS复合材料的形态结构和力学性能的影响。用不同比例的硫酸钡(处理与不处理两种)分别与ABS混合树脂经挤出机共混挤出造粒,得到ABS复合材料,对其进行力学性能检测、SEM分析及TG分析,结果表明:经过处理的硫酸钡填充ABS,与基体材料发生相互作用,其界面粘接状态效果较好,从一定意义上讲对体系有个增韧作用,能够对ABS复合材料的力学性能的降低有一定的减缓作用,对材料性能的保持有一定的积极作用。
This paper examines the surface activation and without surface activation of ABS composite barium sulphate morphological structure and mechanical properties. With different proportion of barium sulphate (activation and no activation) respectively with the ABS mixed resin of the extruder blending extruding pelletizing, we got the ABS composite material, and took the mechanics per-formance testing, SEM analysis and TG analysis. Results show that activated barium sulphate filling ABS, it can be, effects substrate material interaction, so its interface bonding state effect is better, in a certain sense for system, it has a toughening effection for ABS composite materials, so can prevent the mechanical properties to slow down quickly, and this effection could keep the properties of materials.
