摘要
钻井液废液组分复杂、稳定性好、COD值高且难降除,如任意排放,将严重污染环境。本文报道了用微波强化Fenton氧化法对钻井液废液进行COD降除实验。确定了最佳COD降除条件:H2O2加量3%、Fe2+浓度600 mg/L、反应时间12 min、pH值为3.0、反应功率120 W。此条件下的钻井液废液COD去除率为93.1%。而在相同条件下,用普通Fenton氧化法测得的COD去除率为81.0%。微波强化Fenton催化氧化法的效果较好。
Waste drilling fluid could result in serious environmental pollution because of its complex components,good stability,high COD value and difficult removal.In this paper,the COD value of waste drilling fluid was reduced by microwave strengthen Fenton's oxidation method.The optimum reaction condition of COD removal was obtained as follows: 3% H2O2 dosage,600 mg/L Fe2+ concentration,3.0 pH value,12 min reaction time and 120 W power.The COD removal rate of the waste drilling fluid under these conditions was of 93.1% and that of ordinary Fenton's oxidation reaction was of 81.0%.The effect of microwave strengthen Fenton's oxidation method was better.
