摘要 苏丹3/7油区采用降压开采,随着地层压力逐渐降低,需要通过注水保持地层能量,而避免注水对储层造成伤害是高效开发的关键。本文采用室内岩心模拟实验,研究注入流速和注水水质及压力等对苏丹3/7油区储层的影响规律。实验结果表明:注入流速、悬浮颗粒粒径、含油量是引起储层伤害的主要原因。建议注入流速小于2 mL/min,注入水的矿化度不小于5070 mg/L,含油量低于40 mg/L,固体悬浮颗粒粒径小于1.6μm,降压开采时压力保持在11 MPa以上。 Depressurization method is adopted in Sudan 3/7 oil field,and water injection is implemented with the decrease of the formationpressure.It is critical to avoid the formation damage caused by the injected water(IW).In this paper,based on indoor core simulation experiment,the influences of the injection rate and water quality and pressure,et al,on the formation of the Sudan 3/7 oil reservoir,was studied.The results showed that the injection rate,the size of the suspended particles and oil content are the main factors of formation damage.The standard of water injection was recommended as follows,the injection rate should be less than 2 mL/min,the salinity of the IW should be more than 5070 mg/L,the oil content of the IW should be less than 40 mg/L,the particle size of the suspension should be less than 1.6 μm,and the formation pressure should be keep upon 11 MPa during exploring.
