摘要
针对渤海海上稠油水驱采收率较低的问题,研究了疏水缔合型聚合物AP-P4溶液的驱油效果。结果表明:随着原油黏度的增加,水驱和聚合物驱的采收率均降低;采收率增幅先降低后增加再降低。原油黏度在100~300 mP.as时,AP-P4聚合物采收率增幅大于7%。随着AP-P4溶液浓度增加,剪切后溶液的阻力系数Fr和残余阻力系数Frr逐渐增加,Frr可达2.3~14.5,在高渗透多孔介质中建立高渗流阻力的能力较好。可以降低AP-P4溶液在稠油油藏聚合物驱中所需的溶液黏度,有助于降低聚合物溶液的浓度。在渤海典型稠油油藏的现场试验取得了明显的降水增油效果,为缔合型聚合物提高高渗稠油油藏的采收率提供了理论和应用依据。
Based on the offshore heavy oilfield and low water flood recovery efficiency in Bohai offshore oilfield,the oil displacementefficiency of hydrophobically associating water-souble polymer AP-P4 was studied.The results showed that the oil recovery of water and polymer flooding decreased with increasing oil viscosity,while the enhancement in oil recovery(EiOR) decreased first,then increased and decreased at last.The EiOR was greater than 7% when oil viscosity was between 100 mPa·s and 300 mPa·s.With increasing concentration of AP-P4 solution,the resistance factor and residual resistance factor increased gradually after shearing.The residual resistance factor was between 2.3 and 14.5.Hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymer had high seepage resistance capacity for high permeability reservoir which could decrease the requirement of viscosity and concentration of polymer solution.The pilot effect of decreasing water cut and increasing oil production was obvious in Bohai oilfield,which provided a theoretical and practical basis for the extensive application of polymer flooding for offshore heavy oil field.
