摘要 分析了孤岛油田中一区Ng3聚合物驱后的油藏特征和开发中存在的问题,简述了深部调驱乳液微球的合成方法。室内评价结果表明,乳液微球耐温、耐盐性良好,可逐级进入到油层深部有效封堵;注入0.3 PV浓度为1~4 g/L的乳液微球后,封堵率为37.90%~76.86%。乳液微球对非均质双管并联岩心的驱油性能及分流能力的实验结果表明,并联岩心综合聚合物驱提高采收率9.86%,乳液微球溶液提高采收率10.13%;高渗岩心的分流率由注乳液微球前的90%降至最低值20%,后续水驱分流率约55%;乳液微球溶液可以有效封堵高渗透岩心,明显改善并联岩心的吸水剖面,有效提高原油采收率。现场试验结果表明,注水井油压平均增加2.1 MPa,对应油井见效率达69.2%。 Reservoir characteristics of Gudao oilfield and the problem in development after polymer flooding were analyzed.The synthesis of a new type deep profile emulsion microspheres was introduced.Experiment results showed that the temperature resistanceand salt tolerance of emulsion microspheres were good.And it could be injected step by step into deep reservoir to block effectively.The blocking ratio was from 37.90% to 76.86% after injecting 0.3 PV emulsion microspheres slug with concentration 1—4 g/L.The anisotropic two-core oil pipes parallel performance and streaming capabilities of emulsion microspheres were evaluated.Experiment results showed that the recovery ratio of polymer flooding in parallel core increased 9.86%,and which increased 10.13% by injecting emulsion microspheres sequentially.Fractional rate of hypertonic core decreased from 90% to 20%,and it was about 55% in sequent water flooding period.Field tests showed that average oil pressure of water wells increased 2.1 MPa,and corresponding effective rate of oil wells was of 69.2%.
