两种肠道喂养方法干预治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 急性胰腺炎是胰腺临床常见疾病之一,据报道发病率为每年4.5-80/1000,约70%~80%为轻症患者,重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)其死亡率据报道为9%~27%,是重症加强治疗科(ICU)的常见急危重症[1]。传统观念一直认为严格禁食和胃肠外喂养是重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的基础干预治疗措施。
