喜辽妥与50%硫酸镁治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效对比

Comparative Analysis on Therapeutic Effect of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream and 50% Magnesium Sulfate to Treat Chemotherapy Phlebitis

目的分别观察喜辽妥软膏与50%硫酸镁治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效。方法将60例化疗患者随机分为试验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。患者输入化疗药物后出现局部皮肤肿胀、疼痛。试验组局部外涂喜辽妥;对照组局部湿敷50%硫酸镁。分别观察患者使用药物后的反应。结果试验组与对照组消肿效果的比较,试验组优于对照组;使用后效果满意度和舒适满意度,试验组优于对照组;使用后价格满意度,对照组优于试验组。结论静脉输入化疗药物后使用喜辽妥较50%硫酸镁能在更短时间内解除局部肿胀,并能有效缓解疼痛,使用方便、显效快。

Objective To contrast the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy phlebitis by Smearing Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream and 50% magnesium sulfate respectively.Methods The 60 patients with Chemotherapy phlebitis were divided into test group（30 cases） and control group（30 cases） randomly.The patients appeared the local swelling and pain after chemotherapy.The test group was treated by Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream,while the control group was treated by 50% magnesium sulfate.Then observe the reaction of the patients treated.Results The test group was significantly superior to the control group in relieving swelling,therapeutic effect and degree of comfort.However,in price aspect,the traditional magnesium sulfate treatment was superior.Conclusion Compared to magnesium sulfate treatment,Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream in treatment of Chemotherapy phlebitis could cure regional swelling more quickly and relieve pain more effectively,whereas its price disadvantage exists.
