摘要
目的探讨喉癌术后的护理经验。方法对194例喉癌患者术后密切观察病情,保持呼吸通畅,做好心理护理、气管造瘘口、气管套管的护理,做好鼻饲管的护理。结果 194例喉癌患者治疗效果满意,均痊愈出院。结论做好喉癌术后护理能减少并发症发生,提高治愈率。
Objective To explore the nursing experience of laryngeal cancer patients after operation.Methods The 194 patients with cancer of larynx were kept under observation and nursing closely after operation.The nursing measures included keeping airway open,performance of mental care,tracheal stoma care,tracheostomy tube care and feeding tube care on them.Results The 194 patients were cured with satisfactory treatment before leaving hospital.Conclusion Good postoperative care can reduce complications and improve cure rate of laryngeal cancer patients.
