摘要
介绍了奥氏体不锈钢氧化皮的结构、形成及剥落机理,研究了奥氏体钢炉管氧化皮剥落形成堵塞后对管壁温度的影响。根据管子的堵塞程度,进行了堵塞程度分级:堵塞管子内径1/8为干净,1/4为少量,3/8需割管,1/2为堵死。提出了基于氧化物堆积的管子寿命评估模型。
The structure,formation and flaking mechanism of oxide skin on austenitic steel have been presented,and the influence after flaking of oxide skin from austenitic steel boiler tube and resulting in blockage inside tube upon the temperature of tube-wall being studied,and the extent of blockage in tubes being classified according to the degree of blokage;1/8 blockage in the tube may be considered as clean tube;1/4 blockage in the tube is only in a small amount;3/8 blockage in the tube needing to be cut;1/2 blockage in the tube can be considered as deadly blocked.A tube life assessment model based on oxide film deposition has been put forward.
