华电芜湖电厂超超临界660MW机组模拟量控制系统的优化 被引量:17

摘要 华电芜湖电厂超超临界660 MW机组投产后因煤质很差导致机组在自动发电控制(AGC)方式下无法满足2%/min负荷变化率,变负荷频繁且变化幅度大,给煤机断煤频繁等工况所产生的主蒸汽压力偏差大、主/再热蒸汽温度大幅度波动,使机组无法在协调控制方式下运行。对此,在原控制策略的基础上,对协调等主要控制策略进行了修改,对相关控制函数及调节参数进行了优化。优化后在AGC方式下可适应较大范围的负荷变化。 After putting into operation,the ultra-supercritical 660 MW unit in Huadian Wuhu Power Plant was unable to satisfy the load changing rate of 2%/min under the automatic generation control(AGC) mode due to very bad coal quality,leading to large deviation of main steam pressure and large magnitude fluctuation of main and reheated steam temperature resulting from frequent and large magnitude load change,and frequent coal interruption in the coal feeder,makeing the unit being unable to operate under coordinated control mode.For this,based on the original control strategy,the main control strategies,such as coordinated control etc.,have been corrected,and the related control function and regulation parameters being optimized.After optimization,the unit can suit to load change in a large range under AGC mode.
