基于FAHP的城市交通环境综合评价——以上海市为例

Comprehensive comments on the urban traffic environment rased on FAHP-a Shanghai perspective

为全面科学地评价城市交通环境体发展情况,为城市交通环境的改善提供决策依据,根据影响城市交通环境的各单项评价指标及其分级标准,针对城市交通环境的特点,建立城市交通环境的综合评价指标体系;然后运用模糊层次分析法确定评价模型中的具体指标的权重,对城市交通环境的发展趋势进行综合评价,并以上海市为例进行实例验证,分析模型的正确性、评价指标体系的合理性及评价方法的可行性.并针对上海市的城市交通环境特点提供了一些对策.

The aim of this paper is to make a over-all and scientific evaluation of the development of urban traffic environment and to bring out the basis of the improvement of urban traffic environment.Firstly it builds an index system of comprehensive evaluation on urban traffic environment in accordance with the impact of the evaluation standard,the grade criteria and the features of urban traffic environment.And then,based on Fuzzy AHP,it fixes an index weight of evaluation so as to make a comprehensive Evaluation of development tendency of urban traffic environment.What＇s more,it is taken Shanghai as an example to analyses the accuracy of the model,the rationality of the evaluation index system and feasibility of the evaluation method.Finally,it also provides some reasonable suggestions to the sustainable development of urban traffic environment.
