摘要
以淮北国安电力有限公司(国安公司)国产引进型2×300 MW机组为例,对进一步充分挖掘凝结水泵变频改造的节能效果和经济效益进行了分析。提出将除氧器上水旁路阀更换为截止阀,同时保持部分开启的解决方案。实施后,进一步降低了凝结水泵功率,机组可再节能13%。
Taking home-made imported type 2×300 MW units in Huaibei Guo'an Electric Power Co Ltd as example,the further fully excavating of energy-saving effects and economic efficiency after frequency conversion retrofit of the condensate pumps has been analysed,and a solving scheme being put forward,i.e.the by-pass valve for supplying water into the deaerator is replaced by a cut-off valve,and at the same time maintaining it partially being opened.After implementation,the power of condensate pump can be further reduced,the energy-saving of unit can increase 13% again.
