摘要
目前电站锅炉化学清洗后,采用传统的化学清洗钝化剂因不能满足环保、节能的要求而日益受到限制,因此很有必要开发新的钝化工艺。通过试验研究发现,电站锅炉化学清洗后可以直接采用EDTA二钠进行漂洗和钝化,为此开发了采用EDTA二钠进行漂洗和钝化一步完成的新工艺,并优选出能在金属表面形成良好钝化膜的工艺条件。
At present,the passivators used in traditional chemical cleaning for utility boilers are being increasingly restricted for they can't meet the requirements of enviroment protection and energy-saving,therefore,it is indispensable to develop a new technology of passivation.It is discovered from test study that the EDTA disodium salt can be directly used in rinsing and passivation after chemical cleaning of utility boilers.For this,a new technology which can complete rinsing and passivation in one step by using EDTA disodium salt has been developed,and a technological condition,under which a good passivation film can be formed on the metal surface,being selected.
