摘要
以某电厂300 MW机组配套的鼓泡塔烟气脱硫装置为研究对象,研究了喷管浸液深度、吸收塔浆液pH值对脱硫效率的影响以及喷管浸液深度与吸收塔阻力的关系。结果显示,为经济运行和使SO2浓度达标排放,应以调节浆液pH值为主要方式来控制脱硫装置的脱硫效率,并应尽量维持较低的喷管浸液深度。
Taking FGD system equipped with bubbling tower for 300 MW unit in one power plant as the object to study,the influence of jet pipe depth soaking in the slurry and the slurry pH value of the absorption tower upon the desulphurization efficiency,as well as relationship between the jet-pipe depth studied.Results show that the regulation of slurry's pH value has to be the main mode for controlling in the slurry has to maintain at lower depth as possible.
