摘要
奥氏体不锈钢材料在加工中容易出现加工硬化,容易形成积屑瘤,采用试验分析方法,确定最佳刀具几何角度、材料、切削液等车削加工参数。通过对比分析,取得了合理的工艺参数,保证了良好的加工质量和效率。
In the processing process,the austenitic stainless steel materials are prone to hardening,and are easy to form a BUE.We can use the experimental analysis to determine the lathing processing parameters,such as optimum tool geometry,material,lathing fluid and so on.Through comparative analysis,the reasonable parameters are achieved to ensure good processing quality and efficiency.
