摘要
采访工作是图书馆文献资源建设的基础性工作,文章从高职院校图书馆的特点、现有采访模式、采访人员必备素质及心理影响因素等方面进行了分析,并提出了对策及提高采访工作效率的方法。
The interview work is the basic work of the construction of library resources.The features of library in higher vocational college,current interview model,the essential qualities of media personnel and psychological factors are analyzed in the article,and countermeasures and methods to improve the efficiency of the interview are proposed.
