摘要
通过对大学生参加各项有氧运动后各项心理指标的测试和分析,研究有氧运动对大学生心理各项指标的影响,认识在青少年的心理成长过程中有氧运动的重要性,为大学生提供合理的调整心理的方法。
Through the testing and analysis of the psychology indicators after the students took part in the aerobic exercise,the paper studied the impact of aerobic exercise on psychological indicators,understood the importance of the aerobic exercise in process of psychological growth of young people,to provide reasonable adjustment approach for students.
