建筑类高职院校辅导员工作中有效沟通的思考

有效沟通是做好高职院校辅导员日常管理工作的前提,良好的沟通方式和技巧是达到预期教育管理的基本保障。笔者结合实际工作中建筑类高职院校学生的特点,及辅导员与学生的沟通中存在的若干误区,就如何实现建筑类高职院校辅导员和学生之间的有效沟通谈几点自己的思考。
