摘要
高职院校辅导员是高校学生教育和管理的骨干力量,在高校人才培养和校园稳定等工作中发挥着积极的、不可替代的作用。本文从两个方面出发,探讨高职院校辅导员如何做好学生管理工作。
The counselors in vocational college are the backbone force for students education and management,and also play a positive and irreplaceable role in talent training and school stability.This paper tries to explore in two ways how to better manage and service for students.
