针灸结合西药治疗小儿手足口病30例临床观察

Clinical observation of acupuncture combining with western medicine on treating 30 cases of pediatric HFMD

目的观察针灸结合西药治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将60例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,2组均以小儿手足口病的常规处理方法处理,治疗组在此基础上加用针灸(选取大椎、曲池、合谷、少商、天枢、足三里、血海、肺俞、心俞、膈俞等腧穴,每次选用4～5穴)治疗。2组均以临床症状的缓解率及病情平均缓解时间判断疗效。结果 2组总有效率比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05),但2组显效率及病情平均缓解时间比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论针灸结合西药治疗小儿手足口病,其显效率及病情平均缓解时间明显优于单纯西医治疗,是提高临床疗效的重要途径之一。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combining with western medicine on treating pediatric HFMD.Methods 60 HFMD children were randomly divided into treating group and control group,the patients of 2 groups were treated according to the conventional treating method of pediatric HFMD,the treating group received acupuncture treatment（selected Dazhui,Quchi,Hegu,Shaoshang,Tianshu,Zusanli,Xuehai,Feishu,Xinshu,Geshu points and so on,used 4 to 5 points every time）.The curative effect of 2 groups was judged by observing the remission rate of clinical symptom and the average alleviate time of illness.Results The difference of total effective rate of 2 groups was not significant（P0.05）,but the difference of significant efficiency rate and average alleviate time of illness of 2 groups was significant（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion The significant efficiency rate and average alleviate time of illness of acupuncture combining with western medicine on treating pediatric HFMD are significantly superior to western medicine,the method is one important means to improve curative effect.
