摘要
产业结构转化是经济发展的内在要求。与不同经济发展水平相对应,我国不同地区的产业结构转化正处于不同阶段,这反映了产业结构转化对经济增长的重要决定作用。长期以来,较低的人力资本水平,特别是农村地区的人力资本水平,制约了我国三次产业结构的顺利升级,使我国产业之间的劳动力流动具有了独立的特征。不过,这种状况正在逐步减弱,产业结构转化对于缓解我国的就业压力必将发挥越来越大的作用。
Changes in industrial structure is the inherent requirement of economic development. Corresponding to different levels of economic development, changes in industrial structure in different regions in China are in different stages, which reflects the important role of changes in industrial structure in economic growth. For a long time, low level of human capital, particularly in rural areas, has hindered the upgrading of tertiary industry in China, making inter-industry labor mobility independent. However, this situation is being attenuated. Changes in industrial structure will play an ever-increasing role in alleviating employment pressure in China.
