摘要
制备了CoMo/-γAl2O3、NiMo/-γAl2O3和NiW/-γAl2O33种不同金属配伍的加氢催化剂,在连续流动固定床微反装置上对其芘的加氢活性以及产物分布选择性进行评价,并考察在原料芘中添加吡啶对催化剂芘加氢性能的影响。结果表明,在相同反应条件下,NiMo/-γAl2O3催化剂对芘的加氢活性较高,NiW/-γAl2O3催化剂上的芘加氢转化率受吡啶的影响最小;相同芘转化率下,CoMo/-γAl2O3催化剂上的芘中间环加氢产物选择性较高。
Three catalysts with different metal combination(CoMo/γ-Al2O3、NiMo/γ-Al2O3 and NiW/γ-Al2O3) were prepared,the catalytic activity of which for pyrene hydrogenation and the selectivity of hydropyrene were tested in continuous flow reactor.The anti-pyridine performance of the three different catalysts was investigated.The results showed that the catalytic activity of NiMo/γ-Al2O3 for pyrene hydrogenation was the highest under the same reaction conditions,compared with the other two catalysts.The selectivity of inner-ring hydropyrene over CoMo/γ-Al2O3 was the highest under identical pyrene conversion and the capacity to anti-pyridine of NiW/γ-Al2O3 was the best,among that over the three catalysts.
