胶质液体泡沫的制备及其在悬浮床加氢催化剂分散方面的应用

摘要 根据悬浮床加氢油溶性催化剂与水溶性催化剂的经验配比确定了胶质液体泡沫(CLA)的制备方案,并借助光学显微镜及动态光散射仪等对其结构和性质进行表征。以辽河常压渣油(LHAR)和委内瑞拉常压渣油(VRAR)为原料油,对以CLA方式得到的催化剂复配及分散后油样进行了光学显微镜观察及悬浮床加氢反应评价。与传统的分散方式相比,采用CLA分散催化剂的LHAR油样和VRAR油样的悬浮床加氢反应生焦率分别由1.25%降低至0.98%和由1.31%降低至1.06%,馏分油收率有所提高。 The prescription to prepare colloidal liquid aphron(CLA) was determined according to the experiential ratio of oil-soluble and water-soluble catalysts of slurry phase hydro-processing.Structure and stability of CLA were discussed with the help of optical microscopy,dynamic light scattering and so on.Liaohe and Venezuela residual oils(LHAR and VRAR) were taken as base oil to evaluate the dispersion effectiveness of CLA by means of microscope observation and autoclave reaction.Compared with traditional dispersion technology,slurry phase hydro-processing,coke yields of LHAR and VRAR dispersed by CLA reduced from 1.25% to 0.98% and from 1.31% to 1.06%,respectively,with yield of distillates increased to some extent.
