摘要
采用盐/水介质分散聚合法制备了聚丙烯酰胺和预交联聚丙烯酰胺分散体系,通过扫描电镜(SEM)及动态光散射(DLS)技术对该两种分散体系中的高分子线团的微观形态及尺寸大小进行了研究。结果表明,对于聚丙烯酰胺分散体系,采用DLS技术所测粒径值小于SEM干片中的粒子粒径;而对于预交联聚丙烯酰胺分散体系,两数据值较为吻合。对于两种分散体系都应采用数量-粒径分布,而强度-粒径分布不能真实地反映分散体系中线团尺寸的大小。
Polyacrylamide and pre-crosslinked polyacrylamide dispersions were prepared by dispersion polymerization in aqueous salt media.The microstructure and size of macromolecule coils in the two dispersions were investigated by using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and dynamic laser scattering(DLS) respectively.The results showed that the particle size measured by DLS was less than that observed by SEM for polyacrylamide dispersion.But for pre-polyacrylamide dispersion,these two values were tallied.The size of the macromolecule coils in the dispersions could be reflected by number-size distribution,instead of intensity-size distribution.
