地德式热风炉在鞍钢4038m^3高炉上的应用

介绍了鞍钢鲅鱼圈4038 m3高炉采用的德国地德式热风炉的结构和技术特点以及应用效果。采用地德式热风炉后,可有效提高热风炉的理论燃烧温度,从而提高热风温度,在全烧高炉煤气的情况下,热风温度可达1 250℃以上。

This paper introduces the structure of Didier hot stove made by German applied onto the 4038 m3 blast furnace in Bayuquan Iron Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.and its technical features and effects.The theoretical combustion temperature of the hot stove can be improved effectively so as to further increase the temperature of hot blast when Didier hot stove is put into operation.So the hot blast temperature can be reached to as high as 1 250 ℃ in the event that the blast furnace gas is flared completely.
