铁碳复合球团在转炉炼钢中的应用

Application of Iron-carbon Composite Pellet in Converter Steelmaking

为了实现铁碳复合球团在转炉炼钢中的应用,研究了铁碳复合球团的加入方式、加入量对冶炼结果的影响。结果表明,铁碳复合球团可作为化渣剂或降温剂使用,可使转炉回硫量稳定。铁碳复合球团作为化渣剂使用时,可缩短成渣时间,提高转炉炉渣的去磷能力,且可回收部分铁元素;作为降温剂使用时,可以替代部分矿石等降温剂。

In order to achieving the application of iron-carbon composite pellets in converter steelmaking,the influence of pellets-adding ways and amount on the steelmaking effect is studied.The results show that they can shorten slag-forming time and further improve the ability for dephosphorizing converter slag as well as recycle some iron elements if iron-carbon composite pellets are used as the slagging agent while such pellets can partially substitute for such cooling preparations as iron ores when they are served as cooling agent.
