摘要
论述了桥式起重机大车运行中经常出现的啃轨现象,分析了桥式起重机啃轨原因和判定依据及起重机啃轨造成的危害,提出了用激光测量法解决啃轨问题的措施。在现场实际应用于24台吊车的测量,取得了满意的效果和可观的经济效益。
This paper explains the phenomenon of track-gnawing occurred on the wheels of the bridge crane and then analyzes the causes leading to the track-gnawing,the basis for diagnosing the gnawing and the possible harm caused by the track-gnawing,and thus proposes corresponding countermeasures for solving the track-gnawing by laser measurement.By laser measurement economic results are achieved according to the actual measurement for 24 cranes in site.
