Drug resistance of mycoplasma pneumoniae should be stressed

摘要 肺炎支原体（Mycoplasma Pneumoniael是社区获得性肺炎fCommunity-Acquired Pneumonia，CAPl的常见致病原。一项全球性CAP病原学调查结果显示，肺炎支原体肺炎占CAP的12％，在所有非典型病原体所致的CAP中超过50％[1]。与大多数国外地区相比，我国肺炎支原体肺炎发病率更高。一项专门针对亚洲地区CAP调查结果显示，亚洲地区CAP中肺炎支原体肺炎占12．2％，
