摘要
通过认知晋级激励机制,了解晋级激励的方式和作用,依据晋级激励的相互关系,构建阅读晋级激励模型,探讨晋级激励在阅读推广活动中的运用方式与控制途径方法,提出运用晋级激励时应注意事项。
According to the mechanism of promoting incentives, the author of this article has become aware of the forms and roles of the promoting incentives. Based on the interrelationships between the library and readers, the library should construct the application mode of promoting incentives, probe into forms and controlling methods of promoting incentive in the popularization of the reading activities. Some items for attention are also mentioned in the article~
