XL-射频皮肤治疗仪消融祛除头面部皮下肿物

Removal of subcutaneous neoplasms of face and head using XL-radiofrequency ablation skin apparatus

目的观察XL-射频皮肤治疗仪微创祛除头面部皮下肿物疗效。方法患者38例,年龄6-85岁。病变部位:眼睑20例,额颞部6例,面颊及下颌7例,头皮5例。肿物45个,最大3cm×2.2cm×3.2cm,最小直径0.2cm。采用射频消融电极作用于囊肿,祛除内容物及囊壁,均治疗1次。随访观察3-6个月,确定病变部位有无复发、变形及疤痕形成。结果 38例治疗后无复发,局部无变形,无感染。34例无疤痕,4例有肉眼可见的小疤痕。位于睑缘及头皮上的病变治疗后无睫毛及毛发脱失。患者对治疗结果评价:35例非常满意,3例满意。结论 XL-射频皮肤治疗仪消融祛除头面部皮下肿物治愈率高,可避免疤痕发生。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of XL-radiofrequency ablation skin apparatus on subcutaneous neoplasms of face and head. Methods Thirty-eight patients at the age of 6-85 years were recruited in this study. The skin lesions were located at eyelids in 20 cases, at forehead temple in 6 cases, at cheek and mandible in 7 cases, and at head skin in 5 cases. Of the 45 skin neoplasms, the largest was 3cm x 2.2cm x 3.2cm. All subjects were treated once with XL-radiofrequency ablation skin apparatus and followed up for 3-6 months to observe if the patients had relapse of the lesions, or deformation and scar formation at the lesion sites. Results No relapse, deformation and infection of the lesions occurred in 38 patients after treatment with no scar formation in 34 patients and small scars in 4 patients, respectively. No loss of eyelash and hair was observed after treatment. The outcome was very good in 35 patients and good in 3 patients. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of XL-radiofrequency ablation skin apparatus on subcutaneous neoplasms is rather good with no scar formation.
