定州市慢性心力衰竭住院患者β-受体阻滞剂应用情况调查

Use of β-blockers in patients with chronic heart failure in Dingzhou

目的了解定州市慢性心力衰竭患者应用β-受体阻滞剂的情况。方法对定州市3所医院住院的慢性心力衰竭患者病历进行回顾性调查分析。结果β-受体阻滞剂2006-2009年在慢性心力衰竭患者中使用率分别为18.78%、27.34%、43.90%和53.81%,总使用率为37.98%,有逐年增高趋势,医生在诊治慢性心力衰竭中,β-受体阻滞剂的无服药医嘱率有逐年下降趋势,心功能Ⅳ级患者β-受体阻滞剂长期服药率明显低于心功能Ⅲ级和Ⅱ级患者(P<0.05),服药过程中停药率均明显高于心功能Ⅲ级和Ⅱ级患者(P<0.05)。结论定州市慢性心力衰竭患者应用β-受体阻滞剂治疗比例较低,虽有逐年增加趋势,但尚需进一步加强。

Objective To investigation the use of β-blockers in patients with chronic heart failure in Dingzhou, Hebei Province. Methods Medical records of patients with chronic heart failure from 3 hospitals of Dingzhou were retrospectively analyzed. Results The usage rate of β-blockers in patients with chronic heart failure in 3 hospitals of Dingzhou was 18.78%, 27.34%, 43.90% and 53.81%, respectively in 2006-2009 with a total usage rate 37.98%, showing a yearly-increasing tendency. Physicians in diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic heart failure found that the use of non-prescriptive oral β-blockers was declined year by year. The long-term use rate of β-blockers was significantly lower and the withdrawal rate of β-blockers was significantly higher in patients with cardiac function Ⅳ than in those with cardiac function Ⅱ and Ⅲ（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The number patients with chronic heart failure in Dingzhou who use β-blockers is relatively low although the use of β-blockers tends to increase.
