摘要
研究了双螺杆挤压加工玉米面和麸皮混合物时自变量喂料速度、物料湿度和螺杆转速对系统效率参数扭矩利用率( 用比值表示) 的影响规律,应用响应面法分析实验数据。实验结果表明,可通过这三个自变量来有效地控制扭矩利用率,从而保证膨化产品的质量。
Effects of varying feed rate, moisture content and screw speed on one dependent processing efficiency variable motor torque (expressed as a percentage of maximum) were studied using a twin-screw extruder. Analyses of variance were conducted with response surface methodology. A result of experiments showed that the processing efficiency and extruded product quality can be manipulated by changing the three independent processing variables.
