目的:探讨口服吡喹酮的副反应及防治。方法:对口服吡喹酮致急性肾功衰的个案进行回顾性分析。结果:确认吡喹酮致急性肾功衰。结论:吡喹酮有导致肾功能损害的副作用。

Objective：To explore the side effects of oral Praziquantel and its prevention.Methods：To review retrospectively the case for taking Praziquantel cause acute renal failure.Results：Praziquantel can cause acute renal failure.Conclusion：Praziquantel has side effects causing acute renal failure.
