临床实践中的护理风险管理初探

Discussion about the Risk Management in Nursing Clinical Practice

目的:降低护理风险的发生率,确保护理安全。方法:成立护理风险控制小组,制定护理风险管理措施,建立相应规章,规范风险管理流程及要求,加强督查,落实服务补救等。结果:通过护理风险管理,护理安全质量得到提高,我院护理纠纷发生率由1.2%下降至0%,护理差错发生率由2.1%下降至0.2%,实现了零事故发生。结论:实施有效的护理风险管理,对预防护理安全隐患的发生、减少护理纠纷起到了重要的作用。

Objective：To reduce the incidence of nursing risks and ensure nursing safety.Methods：To find nursing risk control group,formulate nursing risk management measures,establish corresponding regulations,standardize the risk management process and requirements,strengthen supervision,put into practice service remediation,etc.Results：Through nursing risk management,nursing safety quality was improved.The nursing dispute rate declined to 0% by 1.2%,nursing error rate to 0.2% by 2.1%,the zero accident was realized.Conclusion：It＇s important for preventing security hidden danger and reducing nursing disputes to implement effective nursing risk management.
