稳心颗粒对心力衰竭兔心脏功能的影响

Effects of Wenxin granules on cardiac function in rabbits with heart failure

目的观察稳心颗粒对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)兔心功能的影响。方法将40只新西兰大白兔随机分为假手术安慰剂组、假手术稳心颗粒干预组、心衰安慰剂组和心衰稳心颗粒干预组。用主动脉瓣返流致容量超负荷联合腹主动脉缩窄致压力超负荷制作CHF兔模型。四组在腹主动脉缩窄或其假手术后8周分别观察心率和行超声心动图观察家兔心脏结构及功能变化。结果心衰安慰剂组心脏重量/体重(HW/BW)、肺湿重/体重、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)和左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)高于假手术安慰剂组(P<0.05),而左室射血分数(LVEF)和左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)低于后者(P<0.05);心衰稳心颗粒组的HW/BW、肺湿重/体重,LVEDD、LVESD、LVEDV、LVESV均低于心衰安慰剂组(P<0.05),LVEF、LVFS高于后者(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒能改善心衰时左室收缩功能。

Objective To investigate the effects of Wenxin granules on cardiac function in rabbits with heart failure（HF）.Methods 40 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into four groups：sham-operated placebo group,sham-operated Wenxin granuels group,HF placebo group and HF Wenxin granules group.Heart failure was induced by combined aortic regurgitation and aortic stenosis in 20 New Zealand rabbits.Eight weeks later,cardiac function and structure was measured by echocardiography.Results Compared with sham-operated placebo group,the rabbits in the HF placebo group exhibited significantly larger HW/BW,lung wet weight/body weight,left ventricular end-diastole dimension（LVEDD）,left ventricular end-systole dimension（LVESD）,left ventricular end-diastole volume（LVEDV） and left ventricular end-systole volume（LVESV）,lower left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and left ventricular shortening fraction（LVFS）（P0.05）.Compared with HF placebo group,HW/BW,lung wet weight/BW,LVEDD,LVESD,LVEDV and LVEDS were decreased,the LVEF and LVFS were increased in HF Wenxin granules group.Conclusion Wenxin Granules can ameliorate cardiac function in rabbits with CHF.
