多支克氏针结合硬外穿刺针引导钢丝内固定治疗髌骨严重粉碎骨折

Kirschner needle combined wire guided by anesthesia spinal epidural needle for comminuted patella fracture

目的介绍使用多支克氏针结合硬外穿刺针引导钢丝内固定治疗髌骨严重粉碎骨折的一种行之有效的简便方法。方法本组47例髌骨粉碎骨折均使用多支克氏针结合硬外穿刺针引导钢丝内固定治疗,其中男性34例,女性13例,年龄16~79岁,平均38岁,开放骨折21例,闭合骨折26例。结果随访时间8个月至3年不等,因1例失访,其余46例均获得骨性愈合,膝关节功能均恢复正常或基本正常。结论髌骨粉碎性骨折采用多支克氏针结合硬外穿刺针引导钢丝内固定治疗,创伤少,固定可靠,方法简单快捷,术后能早期行功能锻炼,减少并发症,费用少,骨折愈合后内固定取出方便。

Objective To introduce a simple and effective method to treat of comminuted patella fracture combined Kirschner needle with wire guided by anesthesia spinal epidural needle.Methods 47 cases of comminuted fractures of the patella were combined Kirschner needle with wire guided by anesthesia spinal epidural needle.The cases included 34 males and 13 females at the age of 16-79 years,with the average of 38 year.All of them,21 cases were opened,26 closed.Results All cases had been followed up for 8-24 months except one case.The remaining 46 patients were bone healing.Knee joint function were normal or near normal.Conclusion Kirschner needle and wire guided by anesthesia spinal epidural needle is a less trauma,fixed reliably,simple and quick method to treat comminuted patella fracture,with many advantages,such as getting up early functional exercise after operation,reducing complications and expenditures,and easily removing fixation after fracture healing.
