DWI和MRA在急性脑梗死中的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨DWI和MRA在急性脑梗死中的临床应用价值。方法对80例急性脑梗死患者的临床和磁共振资料进行回顾分析,全部患者均行DWI和MRA检查。结果 80例急性脑梗死中,急性期CT扫描不同程度低密度23例,阳性率为28.75%;常规T2WI扫描高信号者56例,阳性率为70.00%;而DWI扫描均为不同程度高信号,阳性率为100%。MRA显示有54例急性脑梗死靶血管的闭塞和狭窄。结论 DWI结合MRA可明显提高脑梗死在超急性期和急性期的检出率以及提供靶血管的狭窄或闭塞情况,为临床治疗方案的制定及预后判断提供可靠的帮助。
