化疗药物对卵巢功能的影响及其保护措施 被引量:6

摘要 随着肿瘤治疗技术的不断进展,在过去30多年里,肿瘤患者的生存率得到了较明显的提高。2003年美国数据统计显示有超过650000例女性被确诊为癌症,而女性癌症患者的病死率以每年0.6%的速度下降。随着女性肿瘤患者生存率的提高,化疗所致的医源性损害,特别是对卵巢功能的损害严重影响了女性的生活质量,已经逐步得到重视。现就化疗药物对卵巢功能的影响及卵巢功能的主要保护措施进行综述如下。
