摘要
混凝土裂缝普遍存在于工程之中,影响建筑物的外观、结构安全和使用寿命,是监理工程师质量控制的重点。文章着重介绍了监理工程师对广西八一铁合金(集团)有限责任公司2×16500 kVA电炉主厂房17.0 m层电炉结构梁侧及梁底混凝土出现裂缝进行成因分析和采取的处理措施,为今后处理类似工程问题提供参考。
Concrete cracks are found common in engineering projects.They are important in quality control by supervision engineers for they affect the building＇s appearance,structural safety and service life.This article mainly introduces the cause analysis made by supervision engineers when concrete cracks appear on the beam and beam bottom of the EAF of 17.0m floor in 2×16500kVA EAF main power house of Guangxi Bayi Ferroalloy（Group） Co.,Ltd.,and also discusses treatment measures,providing reference for similar projects.
