摘要
以硫酸锰为硫源、六次甲基四胺为还原剂,通过气-固相还原反应制备了α-MnS纳米晶。采用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、电子衍射、高分辨电子显微镜、电子能谱和紫外-可见分光光度法等对样品的结构、形貌、成分和光学性质进行了表征。结果表明:所制备的样品为纯立方晶型的单晶α-MnS纳米颗粒,粒径小,分布窄,分散性较好;紫外-可见吸收峰值与α-MnS块体材料对应峰值326 nm相比发生明显"蓝移"现象,可归因于纳米微粒的量子尺寸效应,说明所制备的α-MnS纳米晶具有一定的光学活性,在光电领域具有潜在的应用。
α-MnS nanocrystals were prepared via a novel gas-solid phase reduction route,in which manganese(Ⅱ) sulfate was used as a sulfur source and hexamine as a reducer.The structure,morphology,component and optical property of the as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,electronic diffraction,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray spectra and ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) spectrophotometer.The results show that the as-prepared samples are pure cubic single-cryatalline α-MnS nanoparticles with the small size and the narrow size distribution,and the nanoparticles are well-dispersed.The position of the UV-Vis peak had a blue shift,compared to the value of 326 nm of the bulk α-MnS materials due to the quantum size effect of the nanoparticles.The α-MnS nanocrystals could have potential applications in photoelectric areas.
