水溶液中硒化物纳米颗粒的制备与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Selenide Nanoparticles in Aqueous Solution

摘要 以醋酸铅和氯化镉作为铅源和镉源,自制的Na2SeSO3溶液为硒源,可溶性淀粉为表面活性剂,常温常压下,在水溶液中合成了PbSe和CdSe纳米颗粒。讨论了淀粉溶液浓度、pH值和反应时间等制备工艺参数对硒化物纳米颗粒的生成和颗粒尺寸的影响。用X射线粉末衍射、紫外-可见吸收光谱、Raman光谱与透射电子显微镜等测试手段对所得产物进行分析,结果表明:制备的PbSe颗粒尺寸约为10 nm,分散性好,制备的CdSe颗粒尺寸约为5 nm。 PbSe and CdSe nanoparticles were synthesized in aqueous solution at room temperature and ambient pressure with lead acetate and chlorinated cadmium as lead and cadmium precursors,home made Na2SeSO3 solution as a selenium precursor and soluble starch solution as a surfactant.Effects of starch concentration,pH value and reaction time on the generation and the sizes of selenide nanoparticles were discussed.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,ultraviolet-visible absorption spectros-copy,Raman spectroscopy and Transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the size of monodispersed PbSe nanoparticles synthesized is approximately 10 nm,and the size of CdSe nanoparticles is approximately 5 nm.
