欠发达地区农民文化素质对契约农业需求的影响分析——以甘肃老贫地区的当归产销行为为例

An Analysis for the Peasants' Education Quality in the Less Developed Area Concerning the Demand of the Contractual Agriculture——Take the Example of the Angelica Production and Sale in Poor Area in Gansu Province

欠发达地区不同文化素质的农民对契约农业的认知与接受程度如何?本文以甘肃老贫地区当归产销行为为例,依据本区域样本县——漳县、岷县、渭源等三个县的农户问卷调查数据,对这一问题进行了统计分析。分析结果表明:农民文化素质对当归产销行为产生直接影响,并且文化素质越高参与契约农业的需求越旺盛;但是,绝大多数农户对合同违约时自己利益得不到赔偿有所担忧。为此,要有效推广契约农业,切实有效地保护、培育和壮大本区域具有特色与优势的精细、精品种植业,使其健康、协调和有序发展,在加强对契约农业的管理和规范、提高农民文化素质的同时,还要进一步加大契约农业宣传力度,提高农民对契约农业的认知程度并促使其积极参与。

How do different peasants of varied education quality accept the contractual agriculture？ Based on the questionnaire,the stated thesis takes the instance of production and sale of Chinese angelica in poor area,like Zhang County,Min County and Weiyuan County in Gansu Province.The above mentioned thesis analyses the peasants＇ demand of different educational quality on account of the contractual agriculture.The research result shows that the education quality directly affects the production and sale of the angelica.The higher the education quality is,the stronger the peasants desire to participate in the contractual agriculture.Most peasants worry about their loss from their contract breaking.Therefore,it requires to promote the contractual agriculture and to protect,cultivate,enlarge the local agriculture speciality and foster it to develop coordinately and healthily.It is supported to strengthen the management for the contractual agriculture and upgrade the peasants＇ education quality.At the same time,it is required to propagate the contractual agriculture and foster the peasant to participate actively.
