染色法玻璃体切割术研究热点与重点

摘要 染色法玻璃体切割术是一种在玻璃体切割术中将活体染料注入玻璃体腔,使内界膜、视网膜外膜、玻璃体等组织显色,有利于手术剥除的技术。自2000年吲哚青绿作为第一代染料用于特发性黄斑裂孔内界膜染色起,国外很多学者对内眼手术所用染料的生物相容性、毒性、染色技术进行了大量的研究并逐渐形成了一套理论体系。本文主要介绍染色法玻璃体切割术研究的现状与前景。 Chromovitrectomy refers to the application of vital dyes in vitrectomy for visualization of ocular tissues such as inner limiting membrane,epiretinal membrane and vitreous body to assist peeling.Since 2000,indocyanine green has been used to stain inner limiting membrane during macular hole surgery as the first generation dye.From then on,there are many researches on the affinity,toxicity and injection technique of vital dyes.This article reviews the status quo and perspective of chromovitrectomy.
