摘要
患者女,32岁。外阴出现菜花样赘生物3年,伴疼痛3个月。大、小阴唇有菜花样赘生物,呈淡红色或肤色,质坚,压痛明显,摩擦后易出血,并出现破溃和恶臭。皮损组织病理示:尖锐湿疣继发鳞状细胞癌(外阴)。人乳头状瘤病毒分型检测示HPV16阳性。
A 32-year-ohl female presented with neoplasm on vulva for years and pain for 3 months. Examination of file skin showed some cauliflower-like neoplasms on the lahia majora and labia minora which were slightly red or skin-color. The surfaces of the skin were dirty and ulcerous. The lesions were hard faMy and tender when being touched. Histopathology showed eondyloma aeuminatum with seeondary vulvar squanmus cell carcinoma. Detection of human papillomavirus showed HPV 16 was positive.
