A Case of 20 Nail Lichen Planus Type Ⅴ

摘要 报道V型20甲扁平苔藓1例。患者女,16岁,20甲破坏、萎缩脱落伴瘙痒9年。组织病理示:角化过度,颗粒层呈楔形增厚,棘层不规则增厚,基底细胞液化变性,真皮上部淋巴细胞带状浸润。 A 16-years-old female presented with damage and shedding of the mail plaite accompanied by itching for 16 years. Histopatholoy showed hyperkeratosis, hypergranulosis, acanthosis, liquefaction of basal cells, and a bandlike infiltration of lymphocytes in the superficial dermis.
